Industry Survey

The objectives of the survey were:

1. To discover the current methods used in the production and validation of programs developed to produce tables for use in clinical study reports.
2. To determine how automation, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, might be used to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and increase quality.

The survey included 10 questions covering the following topics:

1. Tracking tools
2. Handling QC and discrepancies
3. Double programming – when and where?
