Christine Oliver
Chief Executive Officer
Christine is a dynamic, purpose-driven executive with over twenty years of leadership in clinical technology. She is committed to transforming businesses and developing technologies that accelerate the delivery of new therapies and enhance patient outcomes for the world’s leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.
Before joining Beaconcure, Christine served as the CEO of endpoint Clinical, where she established the company as a global leader in randomization and trial supply management for clinical trials. Under Christine’s tenure, endpoint delivered breakthrough products and customizable service capabilities that were instrumental in bringing one of the world’s most recognized vaccines to market in less than 12 months.
A fervent advocate for the ethical use of AI, as well as sponsor and employee success, Christine thrives on cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence, empowering her teams to discover new insights, unlock new possibilities, and take action. At Beaconcure, Christine is leading our team into a new phase of growth, ensuring that we adapt and scale to meet the evolving demands of modern healthcare with agility and a proactive strategy.
Outside of the office, Christine enjoys supporting her four children in their many athletic endeavors, whether on the courts or on the slopes. A proud graduate in Business from the University of Massachusetts, her approach to life is marked by tenacity, a keen curiosity, and a continual desire to learn.

Ilan Carmeli
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Ilan Carmeli is a highly-experienced, innovative-minded product developer whose focus on customer needs and user experience has brought a uniquely elegant approach to the statistical analysis tools developed by Beaconcure. Ilan first saw the power of user-centric design while supporting digital innovation at one of the top three credit card companies in Israel where he introduced new products to the financial technology market. Ilan’s passion for bringing exciting, innovative products to market is at the heart of Beaconcure.
In addition to his duties with Beaconcure, Ilan supports the next generation of Israeli Hi-Tech by sharing his expertise and experience at the Give & Tech NGO.
Ilan holds a BSc in Information Management Engineering from Ben Gurion University.

Sean Wall
Senior Vice President, Commercial
Sean Wall is responsible for overseeing all commercial activities within the organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. With almost 20 years in business development, including 8 years dedicated to life sciences, Sean brings a wealth of experience to drive growth and customer satisfaction across the Beaconcure organization. Sean has supported organizations of all sizes, from start-ups such as Medable to industry leaders in IBM Watson Health and PPD, a Thermo Fisher company.
Sean has demonstrated a passion for business development and honed his skills in building lasting client and industry relationships. When he’s not advocating for Beaconcure’s solution to transform the clinical trial data validation process, you can find him spending time with his wife and son, or on a yoga mat.
Sean has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He has a minor in surfing the North Side of the pier on Wrightsville Beach.

Michael Tober
Vice President, Finance & Operations
Michael Tober is a seasoned global finance and operations executive with over 20 years of extensive experience in finance, operations, change management, IT, FP&A, strategy execution, acquisitions, operational efficiencies, and international business. He holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership and brings a wealth of expertise in driving financial and operational excellence across diverse industries. Michael has led Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams across North and South America, Europe, and Asia. His background includes substantial experience in diverse industries such as Life Sciences, Software, Technology, Manufacturing, Retail, and Airlines, most which involved managing multiple global locations.
Michael has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership with an International Residency Period in Singapore and China

Maayan Veltz-Lampert
Vice President, Human Resources
Maayan Veltz-Lamper is a proven professional with global experience building human resources and recruitment infrastructure and processes for companies ready for explosive growth.
Throughout her career, Maayan has utilized her extensive experience to lead and execute global hiring, change process, labor relations, termination, retention, performance, training, and employee engagement activities. Maayan brings a particular focus on innovative recruitment strategies that immediately drew top-tier talent to Beaconcure. A natural self-starter, Maayan has a can-do attitude and a passion for helping people and organizations reach their full potential.
Maayan has a B.A. in Social Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.B.A. from The College of Management Academic Studies.

Mor Ram-On
Vice President, Research and Development
Mor Ram-On heads the Research & Development team at Beaconcure, bringing the company’s innovative statistical analysis products through from concept to marketable product.
No stranger to entrepreneurial endeavors, Mor co-founded his first company, RotorAid while still a student. Mor also co-founded Intsite.ai where he started as VP of R&D, developing the company’s autonomous solutions through complex software architecture and innovative machine learning/deep learning and machine-vision algorithms. Mor eventually served as CEO and continues as a major stakeholder.
Prior to creating Intsite.ai, Mor served as a Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Engineer in the Missilery and Control Department of the Missile Division at “Rafael Advanced Defense Systems” and as the Algorithms Group Team Leader at Cnoga Medical.
Mor engages with his community by dedicating time as a computer science tutor, helping to train gifted Israeli youth for the prestigious international Computer Science Olympics. Prior to that, Mor volunteered with a team consisting of blind and autistic individuals, engaging in tandem bicycle rides.
Mor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Rick Riegel
Board Chairman and Industry Transformation Veteran
Since early 2019, Rick Riegel has led LMC Advisory, LLC, which was established to provide board-level, advisory and consulting services for investors and organizations that are focused on high-growth solutions opportunities in life sciences. Services provided and experiences include a market assessment, buy-side advisory, board membership, and mentoring and advising company leadership teams on strategy, go-to-market, and building equity value.
Rick currently serves on the boards of four private-equity-backed companies including ActiGraph (Executive Chairman), Deerfield Agency (Chairman), Syner-G BioPharma Solutions (Director), and RealTime Software Solutions (Director). In addition, he is on the external Boards of Advisors of ArisGlobal, TrialBee, and Gens & Associates. Previously, Rick served as the CEO of two PE-backed businesses: Phlexglobal (2015 to 2019, sold to Vitruvian) and LIQUENT (2009 to 2012, sold to PAREXEL), and led both organizations through a significant transformation, growth, and successful sale processes.
Throughout his 30-plus year career, Riegel has held key positions with increasing responsibilities in the technology and professional services industries as a CEO, General manager, and Head of Sales and Marketing, supporting companies in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries in addition to his more recent roles, he worked for companies including IBM, First Consulting Group, Taratec Development, and Barnett International.

Todd Holmes
Founder and Managing Partner of NewVale Capital
Todd is the Founder and Managing Partner of NewVale Capital LLC, a growth equity fund focused on investing in life science services companies. With nearly 20 years of Life Science investing, company-building, and transaction experience across private and public sectors, Todd’s passion is finding solutions to the many complex challenges that face the pharmaceutical industry.
Before founding NewVale, Todd led investments in pharma and pharma services at CRG LP, a Healthcare-dedicated structured capital firm. Prior to CRG, he held senior investment roles with Gurnet Point Capital and Third Rock Ventures, helping to build and grow Life Science companies across both development and commercial stages. Earlier in his career, he was an investor with BVF Partners, a biotechnology-focused hedge fund. Todd has been actively involved in numerous industry leadership councils, including the BIO Investment Advisory Board and New England Venture Network.
Todd holds a BS in economics from Colgate University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Noam Stern
Israeli Entrepreneur and Lead Beaconcure Investor
Noam Stern is an Israeli entrepreneur better known as the Co-Founder of Financial Algorithms (FINAL), a highly successful Algo Trading Company, still running today, valued at several billion.
Over the years Noam created and supported many start-ups and invested in several Israeli venture capital initiatives. He was a lead investor in Beaconcure from its inception and served as the company’s Chairman in its early years.
Noam holds B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology and an M.A. in Economics from Tel-Aviv University. Noam also served in the past as an officer in a Technological unit in the Israeli Defense Force.

Craig Lipset
Visionary Biopharmaceutical, Academic, Venture Capital Advisor
Craig Lipset is an advisor, educator, advocate, and innovator focused on novel solutions for clinical trials and medicine development. He is the founder of Clinical Innovation Partners, providing advisory and board leadership with pharma, tech, and investors. Craig is Co-Chair of the Decentralized Trials & Research Alliance and Vice President of the Foundation for Sarcoidosis. He is Adjunct Assistant Professor in Health Informatics at Rutgers University and serves on the Advisory Council for HL7 Project Vulcan and External Stakeholder Board for IMI Trials at Home. He serves on the Board of Directors for Circuit Clinical, EmPath Labs, and Medvector Trials.
Craig was previously the Head of Clinical Innovation and Venture Partner at Pfizer and on the founding management teams for two successful startup ventures.

Karen Smith
Biotech & Pharmaceutical Executive, Board Director and Clinical & Scientific Advisor
Dr Karen Smith MD, PhD, MBA, LLM is a Biotech/Pharmaceutical Executive, Board Director and Clinical/Scientific Advisor. Her breadth of experience covers 100+ clinical trials and 20+ regulatory approvals in multiple jurisdictions, leading to product launches across diverse therapeutic areas including oncology, rare disease, cardiology, dermatology, and neuroscience. In addition to growth and creation of R&D pipelines, Dr Smith’s successful record of business development includes acquisitions, divestitures, and partnership deals.

John Oidtman
Skilled Biopharmaceutical Enterprise Leader
John Oidtman is a skilled biopharmaceutical enterprise leader with 35 years of experience including approximately 20 years in executive management. He brings deep clinical operations and regulatory experience and has successfully implemented numerous organizational design innovations, overseen R&D portfolio governance processes, and implemented large-scale change-management/process optimization programs leading to significant cost avoidance/savings.
John is highly skilled at translating innovation into scalable, global practice. His clinical operations and regulatory experiences extend to both product development and the product’s commercial life cycle. He has extensive experience in healthcare technology/services product decision making and implementation.
Most recently, John served as Chief Operating Officer of Healthcare R&D and SVP, Strategic Business and Development Operations at EMD Serono/Merck KGaA. Prior to Merck, he held numerous global leadership positions in clinical operations and regulatory affairs at Pfizer, Inc. John also served as a board member of TransCelerate Biopharma, Inc. aiding executive leadership with company strategy and oversight.

Névine Zariffa
Leading Voice in Biometrics and Data Sciences
Névine Zariffa is a highly accomplished thought leader in the fields of biostatistics and data science with extensive experience across all phases of drug development. Névine had a 25-year career in senior roles at GlaxoSmithKline and AstraZeneca where she also led the Enterprise Data & Analytics initiative. She has been a key contributor to development strategies for over 200 drug projects across oncology, cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, inflammation, and renal diseases. She has been a reviewer for The Lancet and has over 30 peer reviewed publications to her name.
Névine is a strategic consultant to several organizations including scientific data consortia such as ctDNA. She advised FDA (Office of the Commissioner) on the application of real-world evidence to COVID19. She serves on the Scientific Advisory Board of ANOVA, ZS Associates, and Intelligencia. She was a Board member of CDISC for 6 years.

Irving Dark
CRO Operations and Business Development Executive
Irving Dark, founder, and Managing Director of Sun Rock Partners LLC, is an International Operations and Business Development Executive with a proven track record for establishing and growing specialty Clinical Research Organizations. He is a biometrics Subject Matter Expert with over 30 years of industry experience guiding drug, biological, and medical device products successfully through the development process. Irving serves on the Board of Directors of MMS Holdings, a global data-focused CRO, and is an Affiliate Partner at Lindsay Goldberg.
Irving established the Clinical Research Services division at Cytel and served as Senior Vice President of Project Based Services for over 13 years. Prior to Cytel, he held senior leadership roles at Veristat where he established and oversaw several core business units. Earlier in his career Irving held key positions at PAREXEL, where he managed Phase I – III clinical trials in the US, South America, Europe, and Asia.
Irving has an in-depth knowledge of clinical development and biometrics and is a co-author of numerous published clinical studies.
