Watch this short walkthrough video to see how Verify’s automated LoT validation checks catch common LoT issues that risk submission quality and can easily go unnoticed by the human eye, including automated identification of duplicate table numbers, overly long titles, and missing fields.
Verify quickly flags discrepancies, which enables biometrics teams to investigate in context, with all remediation actions automatically recorded in Verify’s audit-ready Activity Log.
Verify accelerates TLF validation with an extensive library of AI-enabled validation checks that can identify issues early in the review cycle for rapid upstream remediation. Verify’s validation check library includes Reference Checks, which validate consistency of TLFs against reference documentation such as mock shells and LoT/ToC.
The following three LoT Validation checks are shown in this video:
- LoT Uniqueness: Validates that titles and table numbers do not appear more than once in the LoT.
- Blank Cell LoT: Validates that columns Type, Number, File Name, Analysis Population and Source Dataset in the LoT table are filled out.
- LoT Number of Characters: Validates that the number of characters of the title of each file in the LoT doesn’t exceed the maximum number of characters allowed.
